The Cooler Master Silent Pro M 600W power supply boasts such features as modular cabling, well-sleeved cables, high (80+) efficiency ratings, and a large single 12V rail. The Silent Pro M has all the makings of a great power supply.
The rest of the cabling comes in a very sleek flat-style sleeving. This is very similar to the Flex-Force cable sleeving that Ultra Products has been employing on their power supplies for several years. This style of cable management is very good for laying wires flat against the case and routing them around tight corners
Overall, I was very pleased to work with the Cooler Master Silent Pro M 600W power supply. The Silent Pro M hangs with some of the finest power supplies in many ways, including noise level, thermal performance, and electrical performance. It is uncommonly good, however, in its implementation of cabling, included bundle, and overall design.
Of course, the most important aspect of any PSU is its performance, and the Silent Pro M certainly performed well. I am very particular to single, beefy 12V rails, a major factor in the high-end performance of this PSU. While it was not the best unit I've ever tested, it definitely ranks high on my list.
Cooler Master, in my eyes, has done a fine job of making the Silent Pro M stand out. For its great all-around performance, fine bundle, and exceptional cabling systems, the Cooler Master Silent Pro M 600W PSU earns the OCIA.net Seal of Approval.
